Allegro Biodiesel Corporation (OTC:ABDS)

Allegro Biodiesel Corporation owns a 12-million gallons per year biodiesel fuel production facility located in Pollock, Louisiana. In addition to the production of biodiesel fuel, ABDS is actively pursuing a strategy of vertical integration--to expand into the marketing and distribution of diesel fuels, as well as the production of feedstock inputs to the biodiesel process. The current facility is situated on a 320-acre site, with access to transportation infrastructure, including a nearby navigable tributary river to the Mississippi River and major highways and rail service.

ABDS hired Axios to integrate the separate systems used by its operations and accounting divisions, and to assess and implement technological options to enable its facility to process low grade fats and oils into biodiesel.
